A businessman, king of mergers and acquisitions, arrives in front of St. Peter.
Against all odds, St. Peter indicates that he goes to heaven.
The businessman rubs his hands.
Then, having opened the door, he see huge flames and hear cries of anguish. He closes quickly and turns to St. Peter:
— You've indicated me the wrong door! Behind this one, It looks like hell!

And St. Peter to answer:
— Oh, you did not know? We've merged...
